J. Minton
CHRISTIAN AUTHOR, SONGWRITER, PHARM.D.
Dr. Billie J. Minton is a Kingsport, Tennessee native, Mother, Christian Author, Songwriter, and Musician. She graduated with a Pharm.D. degree from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia, and practices in East Tennessee.
She is the C.E.O. and founder of Medication Management Center, LLC, and the C.O.O. and co-owner of Rhoten Minton Insurance Agency in Kingsport, TN, which is one of fifty agencies in the United States Allstate Hall of Fame.
Dr. Minton co-authored the Medication Management Bill with Tennessee State Representative Nathan Vaughn, SB 1899 Dixon/HB 1958 Vaughn Reimbursement for Medication Therapy Management Services, which PASSED both the Senate and House in May 2003 when first presented, and it became law that year.

Dr. Minton enjoys almost any type of exercise, and her hobbies include; weight lifting, biking, running, swimming, tennis, golf, music, guitar, drums, boating, fishing, writing, reading, cooking, photography, and design.
Each day, Dr. Minton celebrates footsteps of a God dependent life through her personal connection with Jesus. She lives on the Holston River, within the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee, with her Yorkie Tenderpups; Mr. Blue, Ridge, Fox, Page, and Charlie.

Evelyn relies on God as her source of faith, Love, and strength. Evelyn enjoys her family, patients, feeding birds, and rock music. She is filled with Love, laughter, intelligence, compassion, and has lots of energy.
Some of Evelyn's most enjoyable hobbies are decorating for holidays, especially Christmas. Her Christmas lights are so stunning that people all over Kingsport, TN tell us that they look forward to seeing them each year. She also enjoys feeding the birds at work and home. One of Evelyn's personal quotes, "You can Love all animals even if you do not own one yourself."
